Welcome to your new dental home where we treat our guests like family. From the first year of life to the sunset years we create a personalized plan for your family. Our practice's focus is seeing adults due to us not having the correct equipment for children.

We spend time with each guest listening to your concerns and formulating a personalized treatment plan. We are a no judgement zone. The first step towards improving your oral health is stepping into our office. It can sometimes be the hardest step to take but once you do we promise the only thing you will regret is not visiting earlier.

We will discuss all of your options and won't try and upsell you or pressure you knowing that your oral health decisions are up to you.

We want to learn your special preferences and take note of them at every visit. We strive to make every appointment pain-free and comfortable. Dr. Kunstler and her team are very gentle and friendly. We provide shaded glasses and music. Nitrous oxide is also available to help you relax.
Meet Dr. Makaela Manner Kunstler:

"I would like to personally welcome you to Harbor Dental. I grew up in Naples and attended Naples High School, so I'm happy to say I'm back in my home town serving my community. I'm passionate about dentistry and creating an environment where we focus on the personalized treatment of each guest. I hope you feel like family from the moment you walk in the door. Attended Stetson University and finished her Bachelor's Degree at the University of Florida in Chemistry in 2005 with honors. She then continued her passion for learning at the University of Florida until 2009 with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) where she was honored with the Clinician Award for best clinical skills of her team. Go Gators!

Born in Upper Peninsula of Michigan and escaped from the cold with her family to sunny Naples, Florida as a child. After completion of her schooling she came back to Southwest Florida to practice dentistry. She worked as an associate dentist for 9 years until her dreams and vision of becoming a practice owner came true when she established Harbor Dental in 2018.

Dr. Kunstler has been trained with the most current technology. She is certified in Invisalign (clear braces), and has formal training in root canal treatment, orthodontics, implant restoration and veneers. She enjoys cosmetic dentistry and greets each patient with a smile. She has heard from very anxious patients over the years that she has changed the way they feel towards dentistry and has put them at ease. She takes delight in treating the whole family from Grandparents to children. Dr. Kunstler's goal is to make each dental visit a pleasurable one, and with new techniques and treatments this is often the case.

On a personal level, Dr. Kunstler enjoys boating, catching lobsters in the Keys, running and biking with her family and King Charles Cavalier. Dr. Kunstler lives in Naples with her husband, Kenton. Dr. Kunstler is very happy to be part of the Harbor Dental Team and is looking forward to serving the community one smile at a time!
Meet Dr. Sarah Johnson:

Attended the Ohio State University for her bachelor’s in Microbiology in 2009 and Wright State University for her master's in Public Health in 2010. In 2016, she completed her life long goal of becoming a dentist with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the Ohio State University.

After graduating, Dr. Johnson practiced in Wauchula and Englewood before moving to Naples in July. Dr. Johnson is a member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, Florida Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the prestigious Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education as a member of their Venice chapter, Sharks Tooth Study Club.

Dr. Johnson’s sensitive approach coupled with her expertise in the field of dentistry creates a relaxed atmosphere in addition to exceptional results for her patients. She utilizes the most updated technology in both technique and equipment to provide the highest quality of dental care. Dr. Johnson is trained and enjoys placing dermal fillers and Botox to give her patients the most esthetic results possible.

In her free time, Dr. Johnson loves to do anything that involves her dog Reagan, the water, Jeeps, and the Ohio State University Buckeye football team. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to see live music, and going on adventurous vacations to see our National Parks. She is an avid reader and can often be found on our beautiful beaches reading a book on the weekends.

OUR SERVICES
Check-ups
During your 6 month visits we take care in thoroughly examining your oral health including taking any necessary x-rays, an oral cancer screening and intraoral pictures so that you can see for yourself any problems or concerns.

Dental Cleanings
It is our goal to give you a pain-free gentle cleaning. We spend time learning your preferences and tailoring your visit to you. Are your teeth sensitive? Are your gums sensitive? We want to know so we can keep you comfortable during your visits.
​
Dental Fillings & Crowns
We use only tooth-colored fillings and crowns and are often able to make repairs to chipped teeth with filling materials that look and feel natural. If a filling in a tooth gets too big the tooth gets weak and at this point we recommend a full coverage crown to protect it. We can make our crowns out of a material that has natural translucency and matches the shade of the surrounding teeth. We use only the best materials.

Smile Design & Invisalign
We offer a wide range of dental procedures that can improve your smile, from veneers to Invisalign. We can fabricate a "mock-up" to show you what the veneers will look like before we make them.
Crowded and misaligned teeth can not only hurt your self-confidence but can also cause damage to your teeth and gums. Invisalign can straighten your teeth without metal wires or brackets.
